The Cooperata application provides online internet banking services through an internet connection.

In terms of consultation features, users can generate statements and balances for all their accounts, obtain income statements for tax declarations, and access fee statements, as well as view their personal registration data.

Regarding loan functionalities, the application allows users to simulate loan proposals, contract loans, and settle outstanding balances, including refinancing existing contracts.

The system also facilitates password changes (both primary and secondary), reprinting of receipts, and biometric registration for transaction validation.
